98. Lynne is set for life with the money she got from Brit when they were still talking . She has not been there for Brit . She could and should have got Brit help long ago but she did not care . She could of took her to court and ask the judge to give her all rights over Brit and then get her the help she needs . The only reason why she is now back is so she will look good and not look like the money hungry heartless witch she is . She just wants the boys so she can try to make stars out of two more kids just so her name will mean something . If she was a wonderful mom and grandma then she would of got help a long time ago for her daughter and her grandkids but she did not love them that much to step in and do something .She waits for it to get so bad and lets her grandchildren have to be hurt over and over . She had to step in now so she will look good and people will not talk bad about her .The boys will have to deal with this forever . Brit is not a bad person she just needs someone to show her honest real true pure love .She needs some help and someone to show her how to grow up and be a real person true to herself not just pushed to be a star .

99. Ok magazine already reported that Mama spears intervention went terribly wrong..With Britney taking off. No surprise there her mother’s sick control freak ways is where Britney s problems all stem. Her divorce, the rehab stints. firing management agents PR. even her not listening to the Judge “she hates the control.. ECT..Look back at all brines interviews the last thing she wants is Mama spears controlling her life. She is 25 yr old mother of two. She wants to find her own way in life.

Lets say for argument sake that Britney is not an addict. That her drugs nad drinking is A casual none habitual type thing...As everyone that has stated this ie the body guard k-fed lawyers the mother all have their own agenda.
She went through the 28 day program. She was carrying around a book on Postpartum depression. She did a video “valley girl on x17" proclaiming the wrongs there. Lets just say thats not the problem....NOW IMAGINE...ITS you
How would you feel if you knew you did not have a drug problem yet everyone around you was trying to put you into rehab AGAIN... The best way to sort this out is through diagnosis from a professional therapist or Counseling A professional will lead you through the discovery process of pulling away the layers of whats going on here. Maybe the girl has deep issues with Trying to break away from the control over her Life.Once she is getting real help, Then maybe she can get and listen to healthy advice. Spears mom coming without relinquishing and realizing Britney issues with her controlling ways Probably freaked Britney Spears out...Thats how this entire mess started in the first place..

100. I don't see how you can call Britneys mom a "bad mom" because of how you perceive her treatment of her children, and turn around and say Britney's "not a bad person". IMO they probably are very much alike. Britney pushed her mom away and told her to stay away, it wasn't her mom's choice, she was trying to help Britney through the first few issues regarding the care of her children (the oldest falling out of his high chair and the baby on the lap incidents).
It's obvious from the last few months that Britney just thinks no one should tell her what to do. There's a point you have to step back as a parent and let them learn, sometimes they do and sometimes things spiral out of control (as is this case). As far as her mom "getting control" through the courts, she would have to prove that Britney is mentally incompetent, to do that she'd have to have an evaluation(s). I don't see Britney agreeing to anything anyone suggests much less a mental competency evaluation.
Britney is the end product of a hollywood childhood stardom. She's lost and spoiled. Her babies are what is most important in this case and they should be safe. I hope she relinquishes her need to "do what she wants" and do what's right for the boys and herself.
I'm totally amazed at all of you who claim everyone in her life is out for her money. I guess that means you don't think Britney is capable of having meaningful relationships and is not a person people like. Some of these people truly care for her well being. The people who ARE after her money and fame are the one's who are dragging her down with the hard partying and the drugs.

101. Lynn will fight for the kids....Britney has known it...that's why she said to photogs early this wkend that she already had them back. Brit's Dad is an alcoholic...he can't help it...it's a disease...he is a RECOVERING alcoholic. Brit is genetically predisposed for addiction problems. But she has the strength to not let it take over. She will come out of this.

She was acting out to get her Mom's attn without throwing in the towel and calling her. It's worked. Lynn will work it all out. Lynn is a bright woman. Brit is a smart girl...believe it or not...she is. Lynn and Brit are a lot alike. Britney will come back and K-Fed will have to get a job. Once Lynn gets involved...Kevin will probably be bagging groceries...lol.

102. Against idiots...Kevin is not required to take parenting classes..only Britney is. Go read the court's orders again. He is required to take "parenting without conflict" classes with Britney. This is to teach them to parent together...it's not the same thing at all. Wat Kevin has done in his younger days seems to not be an issue with the courts since he was given full custody of their children. He is not being monitored at all. I've never been accused of being a fan of his and admit to doing the happy dance when she left him but I can give credit where it's due. He seems to be stepping up to the plate where his kids are concerned. No one wants to see kids taken from their mother but in some cases it's necessary and in this case it was. The courts don't take this lightly so if those boys were removed there was good reason. Her star status should have nothing to do with it. I give big kudos to this judge for laying down the law with her and sticking to it.

105. As long as there is a responsible parent willing to take those boys THAT parent will be given custody. Lynne has no legal right to those boys as long as Kevin wants them. The courts are satisfied that Kevin is willing and able to care for them. Britney has sufficiently shown the court that she is unable to. You can defend her to the end but the court has spoken. Britney is unwilling to do what's necessary to keep any custody and until she does that judge is going to leave them where they are. She has a long hard road ahead before she even sees 50/50 again. Temporary custody is just that..temporary. If Britney fails to take the steps to show the court she's dealing with her addictions or learning to parent those boys it will become permanant. In the eyes of the court this is not about Britney..it's about the safety and well-being of Sean and Jayden. Her wants and needs don't play into it anymore.
