106. You guys are such hypocrites. You want to give DMX cruel and unusual punishment because of what ya'll THINK he did to a dog. NEWS FLASH: IT'S STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION. You don't even know if he did it or not. You should put this much effort into something more important like feed the children, breast cancer awareness, or the fight against HIV/AIDS. Everything with animals is always blown out of proportion. You guys say if he'll hurt animals then he'll eventually hurt humans? That's a bunch of bull! and besides, what about the child molestors, abusers, and killers who already DO hurt humans?! I don't see ya'll saying anything about stopping them here! You all are only saying this because he's a "thugged out rapper" (that's what ya'll love to call him) You're making yourselves sound like a bunch of ignorant, racist people (not racist against black people, but racist against rappers in general) because almost every comment has reffered to him as a thug or rapper. That has nothing to do with it! For all you know the dog might've tried to kill him or something...that is a natural instinct to dogs you know. I have a pit who always breaks lose and fights. I didn't teach him to be that way! Ya'll need to grow up and get a life and stop being so close-minded. LOVE ALL. even rappers. and abusers. God forgives, why can't humans?

108. I guess you really CAN learn something new everyday...I didn't know rappers were recognized as a race of people. Shame on me for being a racist against RAP people! And no, Ron Artest's wife/girlfriend or whatever she is, did not stand by him because she thinks he's a good man, she's a gold digger trying to hang on to that money. If she left him what does have...nothing. She'd have to hire a lawyer and ring him by his balls to fill up those fake Gucci and Fendi bags she bought from Vlade Divacs wife Snezana. Oh yeah, one other thing about Artest, this was apparently the first time he has been ARRESTED for animal cruelty but he's no stranger to it, pre-sacramento kings. 109. ok #11...if you really wanna get like that...lets see...ive been bitten by chihuahuas, yorkshire terriors, boston bulldogs, golden retrievers, dob. pins, mini pins, great danes, newfoundlands, chows, german shepards, pugs...you want ill name it...should we kill them too????? i have worked with very many dogs because i used to work at an animal shelter...they are all at some point goin to bite you be it by accident or for real...but most of the time they are not aggressive...so tell me why if we're goin to put down pits and bull mastiffs and all these others...why dont we just kill the rest?? my point is that every dog bites and that does not mean they are aggressive...we didnt euthanize them when they bit us...the only ones we ever had to euthanize were the ones who had been used to fight...thats it...i know plenty of pits and boxers that we had in there that may have nipped at your hand when grabbing for their bowls or whatever ...but were harmless...

OK, the common sense compass seems to be running a fowl here...comment 108 you contradict yourself (or your a hypocrite, you decide), in one sentence you say all Rottweiler’s, bull mastiffs and pit bulls should be killed, then you say "bull mastiffs are actually really really kind" and that "they're really just big babies unless you abuse them but, what dog wouldn't turn out mean and bite you if you abuse it" then to top it all off (and I really like this one) you say you own a 1/2 Boston Terrier, 1/2 PIT BULL mix and he's "the nicest dog" and that he's never bitten you...which is it? Would you be the first person to get in line to hand over dog to the breed police? I bet you would throw everyone under the bus that you knew who owned a pit bull or pit bull mix if it meant you could keep your own dog wouldn't you? Look, ALL dogs are potentially deadly (as you say) and any dog that hasn't bitten a person yet is a dog that might bite a person, but why stop there, let's kill all the sharks because hey, they only live in the water and we're just visitors, we can't have them eatin' us all up now can we? What about teenage/young adult drivers? 16-24 year olds are responsible for more traffic fatalities than any other age group so lets kill off all of them, after all, those cars didn't force any of those kids to drive 100 mph through any of those neighborhoods and t-bone little ol' granny on her way home from tea and bridge night and let us not forget white collar high tech criminals...if they haven't already stolen your identity or embezzled your entire 401k it's just a matter of time before they do so we need to get rid of them too. And just to be safe we should probably do away with Xmas...although the holiday itself has probably never actually killed anyone it's probably caused an awful lot of people to knifed or shot for whatever they were carrying back to their cars from Macy's or sprawl mart or where ever it is they were shopping. Any dog unlucky enough to have you for its owner should be afraid, very afraid.

As for 112, dogs were never domesticated for the purpose of being a food source but rather to serve man, a working farm dog to wrangle cattle which unfortunately led to bull baiting then dog fighting. It wasn't until about 1898 that the United Kennel Club (UKC), and around 1909 the American Dog Breeders Association (ADBA) were created for the specific purpose of recognizing the American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT). It was also the UKC which was founded by an APBT. Cows, pigs and chickens on the other hand, were domesticated for the purpose of being a food source (damn, now I got a hankerin’ for a nice big fat rib-eye).

117. I have to be honest, this confuses me. I am a DMX fan, where it seems that most of you are not and know nothing about this man. This guy has always showed his love for dogs, he even has the name of his dog that died tattooed on his body. It just does'nt make sense, because he has always talked about his love for dogs. He is not like Micheal Vick at all. I think what happened was his dogs started fighting and probably ended up killing the other dogs. These are pitbulls people, they do fight each other with or without the help of people. And I think out of his love for his dogs, he buried them in his back yard. That is not uncommon , I am not making up excuses, but I am just speaking from a fan of his point of view. If your not a fan, and you don't know his music than your judgement is based on sterotypes and thats not right. DMX has always confessed his love of dogs, I don't think he would abuse them. I think this could be a huge misunderstanding, and hopefully it will clear up soon.

120. #11 for somebody who claims to love all dogs, you seem pathetically ignorant of the fact that any dog, regardless of breed or size, can bite or to put it in your own sorry words "be potentially deadly to all other animals and people." To promote the obliteration of a certain breed simply because you hear more about it on the news shows lack of initiate and blatant stupidity. Perhaps you should do a little research before accusing these noble animals of bloodthirst and violence. Nine out of ten times, when animals attack there is a human reason behind it. It's easy to blame Pitbulls and Rottweilers of viciousness because of their size and appearance (years of human intervention), but they make faithful and wonderful friends to those who take care of them. When a Chihuahua or a Yorkie barks and bites, then it's considered laughable and even cute by people like you, but if that small dog were to grow in size would you consider its growling adorable? Didn't think so! A Pomeranian ripping a baby's face while she lay on the carpet doesn't make the eight o'clock news, even though it has happened. Media reports focus on certain breeds because they have made them into monsters. Why do you think thugs like this moron think they're so tough? They identify their own masculinity on animals that are no more evil or tough than any other. And it's these dogs that suffer the consequences.
