The estate of Travis Barker's good friend, Chris Baker -- who died in the 2008 jet crash -- just settled the wrongful death lawsuit for millions of dollars ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Learjet and the other defendants kicked in a total of $4,375,000 to settle up with Chris' son, 3-year-old Sebastian. Baker's widow, Otilia Villar Baker, also settled for a total of $7,625,000.
According to the docs, the $4.375 mil for Sebastian will be used to purchase annuities, guaranteed to pay him $17,404,456.40 over the course of his life.

Good news ladies... Hugh Hefner is going to be a single man ... soon.
TMZ has obtained legal docs making his divorce from Kimberly Hefner official on March 11.
Sources tell us the couple has come to terms on a property settlement which is confidential.
The 83-year-old filed for divorce last September, although he separated from Kimberly in 1998.
Hugh didn't file for divorce earlier because he struck a deal and paid Kimberly a fixed sum and let her live in the house adjacent to the Playboy Mansion.
Kimberly filed a $5 million lawsuit against Hef last August after Hef sold the house and didn't give her profits. He claims he's paid her nearly $12 million since they separated.
The couple married in 1989 and have two adult sons.

Kate Walsh has settled her nasty divorce with Alex Young, and Kate did pretty well for herself ... sources tell TMZ.

We got this video of the "Private Practice" star leaving court late yesterday with her lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser. Walsh and Young were in court all day hashing out the settlement.
Here's what TMZ knows: Alex wanted several million bucks, but according to the court documents, he ended up with $627,000 for his share of the community property. Alex wanted spousal support but was shut down by the judge. Kate gets the house. They split the artwork and furniture.
Alex also gets half the residuals for the "Grey's Anatomy" and "Private Practice" episodes Kate filmed while they were married.
There are mutual restraining orders prohibiting each from harassing the other.
Mind you ... they only lived together as husband and wife for 14 months.

Linda Hogan has officially paid for her son's horrific 2007 car crash -- the one that left a marine with serious brain injuries.
Hogan's attorney claims Linda reached a financial settlement in an auto negligence lawsuit with the family of John Graziano -- who was riding shotgun when Nick Hogan crashed his car into a tree while racing down a Florida highway.
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
As for Hulk and Nick Hogan -- a lawyer for the Graziano family tells us they don't expect the men to settle before the next scheduled court date in September.
Linda's attorney tells TMZ, "With the resolution of this matter [The Grazianos] can have finality and Linda is able to assist John."

Victoria Principal has settled a lawsuit with her former maid -- a suit alleging V.P. was a gun-wielding boss -- but there's no doubt Victoria came out on top.

The maid, Maribel Banegas, issued a formal letter of apology to Victoria - in other words, she waived the white flag. The letter is contained in settlement documents obtained by TMZ.
Banegas claimed Victoria flew into a rage at her Malibu home, fired the maid and then pointed a gun at her and threatened to kill her.
Victoria countersued, claiming the maid was a lunatic, slamming doors, hurting her dog and demanding money. Victoria says she pulled the gun and cocked it out of fear.
In the letter of apology, attached to the settlement, Banegas says, "I can now understand why you felt that I was threatening to you, which, in turn, led you to defend yourself."
The maid goes on, apologizing for "any unintentional injury to your little dog, Mei-ling."
The terms of the settlement are confidential.

NBC execs are seriously considering keeping Conan O'Brien on the air after Friday -- in reruns.

Sources tell us the Network doesn't want to introduce a new host for the few weeks leading up to the Olympics. So NBC's plan A -- cherry picking shows from Conan's vault.
Here's the "screw you" part of the equation -- NBC can pick shows in which Conan does not trash the network and does not appear bitter. NBC is hoping the animosity between Conan and NBC will fade a bit.

Conan O'Brien and NBC worked out their final conflict hours ago and have reached a $45 million settlement ... and we've learned it's a sweeter deal for Conan than anyone thought.
Network sources tell TMZ the "mitigation" clause was taken off the table. Translation -- Conan will get a severance of $32.5 million, regardless of whether he gets another hosting gig. Not bad for seven months work.
As we first reported, NBC will pay $7.5 million to Conan's "Tonight Show" staff -- and our sources believe the network added several thousand more to the pot at the last minute.
In addition, NBC will pay a whopping $4.5 million to the executive producer.
Conan has agreed he will not take another hosting gig 'till September at the earliest.
Conan's last show is Friday. We're told NBC hasn't decided who will replace Conan for the period between Monday and the Winter Olympics.

Conan O'Brien's negotiations with NBC are dragging on ....
Sources say they thought the deal would be wrapped up Wednesday night, but it didn't happen. As we reported, the outstanding issue involves an additional $600,000 in severance Conan wants NBC to pay his staff.
We're told NBC has made it clear to Conan -- if he agrees not to raise other issues, NBC will capitulate on giving the staff more money.
Sources now say they think a deal can be struck Thursday morning. We'll see.
NBC has already agreed to pay Conan $32.5 million. His executive producer will get $4.5 million and the rest of the staff will get a total of $7.5 million.
NBC, we're told, still views the deal as a bargain, because in the 55-year history of "The Tonight Show," a full year with Conan would have been the first year NBC did not score a profit off the show.

Conan O'Brien and NBC are one issue away from sealing a settlement deal -- and the ball is in Conan's court.
Conan has asked for $600,000 more in severance money for his staff. Sources tell TMZ NBC has told Conan's lawyers they will ante up something extra, but only if this is Conan's final demand.
As we first reported, NBC has already offered to pay Conan's staff a total $7.5 million. And his E.P. will rake in $4.5 mil himself and that's not part of the $7.5 mil.
A source close to the negotiations tells TMZ ... even if the network has to pay $600,000 more... it will still make money with the deal, considering they project they could be $45 million ahead if Conan leaves and Jay retakes the helm of "The Tonight Show" (because Jay would make $40 mil in a year and Conan is projected to lose $5 mil).
A network source says he expects it will all be a done deal tonight.

Conan O'Brien can get a whole lot of money from NBC as a parting gift, but there will be strings attached -- not the least of which ... Conan cannot trash the network.
Sources tell us NBC wants a liquidated damages clause if Conan says anything disparaging about the network once he leaves. Essentially that means there is a clause in the contract that says Conan will automatically pay a predetermined amount of money if he says bad things about NBC.
And, as we have previously reported, NBC will demand that Conan not take another hosting job for a certain period of time.
Sources say NBC will be paying Conan a hefty sum, but that will be offset by any amount Conan makes for his next hosting gig. So if Conan makes a deal with FOX, NBC can reduce the amount it pays Conan by the amount FOX forks over.
FYI -- we've learned Conan's existing contract already has an offset clause in the event he leaves NBC and takes another job.
Bottom line -- Conan won't be taking NBC to the cleaners.

Conan O'Brien and NBC have reached a settlement in principle and the big announcement is expected Saturday, sources tell TMZ.

We're told NBC has already given Conan's lawyers a draft of the agreement and his hired guns were going over it Friday night. The deal should be finalized Saturday.
Once the deal gets inked, NBC will announce Conan is leaving the network. The network will also announce what we first reported -- that Jay Leno will get the full hour from 11:35 PM to 12:35 AM and it will be called "The Tonight Show" -- just like old times.
Stay tuned

In a stunning reversal of fortune, a California appeals court has overturned a massive judgment against the jet company that secretly videotaped Michael Jackson and his lawyer, Mark Geragos, as they were flying to Santa Barbara in 2003 when Jackson turned himself in to cops.
Geragos had sued the now-defunct XtraJet and the owner of the company, and the famed lawyer won a whopping $20 million judgment.
But the appeals court ruled the judgment was excessive and is now giving Geragos two choices -- either take $750,000 or retry the case.
We're told Geragos is leaning "heavily" toward retrying the case.
The former owner of XtraJet, Jeff Borer, tells TMZ, "Hopefully the courts will come to their senses and see there is no real harm done. Shame on Mark Geragos for trying to take advantage of a nothing situation."
P.S. Borer pled guilty to conspiracy in connection with the taping. Not so "nothing."

Jon Gosselin and soon-to-be-ex Kate Gosselin now know who's going to get what in their divorce. TMZ has learned the arbitrator in their divorce case has made his decision on the subject of dividing money and other property and it has been forwarded to the divorce judge.

Sources say the final divorce decree is now "imminent." The specifics of the arbitrator's decision remain confidential.
We're told both Jon and Kate have consented to taking the final step -- after the arbitrator's ruling -- telling the divorce judge to sign the papers and officially end their marriage.

Travis Barker has settled the lawsuit over the jet crash that severely injured him and took the lives of four others ... TMZ has learned.

Sources say Travis and the various defendants -- Clay Lacy Aviation, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Global Exec Aviation and others -- struck a deal during a mediation session on November 18th.
Settlement papers were filed on December 3.
Thelma Still -- the mother of Travis Barker's bodyguard, Che Still -- also settled her case during the same mediation.
The terms of the settlement are confidential.
The estate of DJ AM, aka Adam Goldstein's estate, is suing the same defendants for wrongful death -- in the wake of his overdose death in August. That case is pending.
